Highlights
- 100% ownership
- An exploration stage uranium project located in the Powder River Basin, Wyoming, the leading uranium producing region in the U.S.
- A potential Tier – 1 uranium project of significant scale with a large JORC 2012 exploration target
- Surrounded by global-scale uranium projects held by Cameco and UEC, including Cameco’s Smith Ranch
- Expansive land position of ~37,000 acres sandwiched between UEC to the north and Cameco to the south
- Exploration expenditure commitment of USD$10M over next 3 years
- An aggressive initial 125,000 ft drill program was completed in 2025
- Maiden mineral resource estimate targeted for completion by the end of 2026
Geological Setting
The Powder River Basin hosts well-defined roll-front uranium deposits that are ideally suited to ISR (in-situ recovery) methods. Pine Ridge is targeting multiple stacked mineralized horizons similar to those currently mined in the region. The 2025 drill program is designed to test both historically identified corridors and newly generated drill targets.
Drilling Strategy Includes:
- Step-out drilling to expand known zones
- Resource definition across priority corridors
- Radiometric logging + assay correlation to validate targets
